Howdy!
Apparently, the autosavant character is evolving from a mere servitor into a proper techpriest!
I think that I've found a good place for the cherub. And a good place for another cherub too!
Moreover, his servo-arm is now finished - I've put scissors on it for him to cut his printouts when it's necessary. The chaos star on the staff was converted into something resembling the symbol of Adeptus Mechanicus.
I plan to make a few more improvements (including some cables here and there), but it's fairly possible that the model is nearly complete.
So, if you have any suggestions regarding the miniature, better hurry! Thanks!

Those cherubs are looking stunning. Maybe the tech priest type, as a more developed character could have some more objects hanging from his belt. I can think of Ink, scrolls, pens, Data slates, ancient tombs and of course the ever dependable skull as possible items. That would also bring into mind the eclectic collection of objects Blanchian characters often carry.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Quinn!
DeleteA collection of curiosities is always a good way to improve a model, but I'm not sure if it would not make the model a bit cluttered. I would rather just add him some additional cables and maybe a light bulb or two on the back of his head as an additional link to old computers. That being said, I have no idea how to do it... I could sculpt a bulb from greenstuff and paint it using OSL technique, but I'm not sure if that would be a good approach.
